Supporting our local community
First I would like to say welcome to the 1st of August 2011, I hope your all enjoying this year as much as we are.
The other week I enjoyed a few beers with a lovely lady from a volunteer organization that helps injured wildlife in our local area. At one time we spoke about how helpful their mentoring programs are for the youth in the region and this got me thinking as I often do.
Why wasn’t my childhood filled with potential mentors? Is it so difficult to find people you would like to emulate? I guess it is as I still do not have any mentors at this time.
I guess I seem a little off topic by now however there’s a reason to my baffling logic although it is not obvious and here it is.
This month only I am offering to design a website for a not for profit organization in the local area at no charge excluding the ongoing cost of hosting and domain registration.
Some conditions apply obviously and these are as follows:
- Must be a not for profit organization
- Must be Local/ around the Ballina area
- Have some form of youth program preferably a youth Mentoring program
If you meet these requirements and would like to discuss it further please send us an email and we will assess the potential candidates for this promotion.
